Fully managed lifts across London and the South East. We plan it, we run it and we take responsibility for it.
24/7 availability: call 0800 032 5021 (diverted out of hours)
We take care of the whole lift
If you need a lift done but don't have the lifting expertise in-house, book it as a CPA contract lift. We take responsibility for planning and managing the lift, from the first site visit to the final sign-off, working to CPA (Construction Plant-hire Association) standards.
It's the simplest way to get a complex or high-risk lift done safely, with the responsibility sitting with a lifting specialist.
2D & 3D CAD lift plans and drawings
Every contract lift comes with a CAD lift plan. We provide 2D and 3D CAD lift plans and drawings showing the crane position, outrigger footprint, lift path and landing area, so everyone on site can see exactly how the lift will run before the day.

Contract lift questions
What is a CPA contract lift?
A contract lift is where we take responsibility for planning and managing the lift for you. Our Appointed Person plans it, we produce a 2D/3D CAD lift plan with drawings, plus the RAMS, and we supply the crane, the operator and the lifting team, working under the CPA Standard Contract Lift conditions.
How is that different from standard Hiab hire?
With standard CPA hire you get the Hiab and a trained operator, but you plan, supervise and insure the lift yourself. With a contract lift, that responsibility sits with us.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Our contract lifts include CPA Standard Contract Lift insurance covering damage to the load, third-party property and public liability. With standard hire you arrange your own cover for the load and the operation.
Do you need to visit the site first?
Often, yes. We'll look at access, ground conditions, overhead hazards and the drop zone. For some jobs good photos, drawings and measurements are enough, and we'll tell you which applies.
What do you need from me to quote?
The site address or postcode, what the load is (weight and size), where it needs to go, any access restrictions, and your preferred date. Photos of the site help a lot.
Which machine will you use?
It depends on the weight, the reach and the access. We run small, medium, heavy lift and long reach Hiabs. Our long reach Hiabs offer up to 32m reach, and the F1050 with flyjib gives a 37m tip height and up to 33.4m hydraulic outreach.
Got a lift to plan?
Tell us the site, the load and the date. We'll come back with a plan and a price.
